Dwight is a results-oriented, pragmatic, and refreshingly straightforward senior consultant with a unique ability of helping leaders identify and address hard-to-get-at performance issues commonly rooted in their organization’s culture. Dwight demystifies the traditional abstract view most leaders have about culture, and through his culture management expertise, he has helped leaders at all levels tap into their culture differently—in ways that accelerate the achievement of results.

Earlier in Dwight’s career, he served in many leadership positions, including vice president of an investor education firm where he managed start-up sales logistics with new brokerage accounts, created and executed growth strategies, and led hundreds of employees.

Prior to his service at Partners In Leadership, Dwight was a practice leader for many years in a global leadership training company where he oversaw consultant development and the quality of client engagements throughout the Western U.S., Western Canada and Australia. He has a long history of creating application-based IP content for both consultant development as well as for client use.

Dwight received his bachelor’s degree in business/corporate communications from Brigham Young University and currently resides with his family in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Utah.

Dwight’s industry experience is expansive – including healthcare, banking, petroleum, pharmaceutical, software, telecom, accounting, energy, retail, technology, automotive, hospitality, food & beverage, manufacturing, and city, county, and state government organizations, among others. He understands pressures leaders face to produce new or different results in an ever-changing business environment. He is delighted to have many referenceable clients who speak to the results they are now able to achieve.
