As a member in the Account Services team, the Account Manager will report to the Manager, Account Services. The Account Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the field team members by proactively nurturing prospects/clients and actively seeking opportunities to drive the business. This position requires successful execution, ongoing communication, and management & prioritization of deliverables both internally and externally. They must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills along with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.


  • Proactively nurtures prospects/clients including checking in regularly, coordinating sending marketing materials, scheduling calls per direction of Field, and resolving any client issues
  • Participates in strategic planning calls/meetings with Field Sales team members, clients and internal departments
  • Prepares proposals and agreements (including obtaining necessary approvals, proofing, sending to prospects, tracking and follow up)
  • Proactively tracks status of activities outlined in agreements through to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and accurately
  • Coordinates closely with Project Coordinator and Project Administrator to fulfill activities outlined in agreements through to completion
  • Proactively follows-up on all sales calls
  • Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using the proper processes (i.e., change letters, adding additional participants, billing for/obtaining approval for additional materials)
  • Crafts email templates to support business
  • Proactively coordinates with Field/Client on post event follow-up
  • Coordinates with clients and internal departments for translation requests
  • Reaches out to client for feedback on all aspects of support and shares information with appropriate departments
  • Ensures License Fulfillment Process is completed and works with the licensing department to insure all information is communicated to the client, participating in calls as needed
  • Monitors and supports Field on sales dashboard
  • Keeps current on curriculum updates
  • Anticipates client needs for materials, updates, next track
  • Enters and manages data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for clients/prospects including accounts and opportunities
  • Manages multiple Field Sales team member’s calendars
  • Openly mentors others
  • Willingly completes other projects as assigned

  •  BA/BS, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum 3 years of prior administrative experience
  • Prior experience with CRM, preferred
  • Project Management experience, preferred
