We are looking for an eager, junior marketer to join our company as a Marketing Associate. The position will provide support to the entire marketing department in a variety of functions. The Marketing Associate executes marketing and communication initiatives aligned with marketing key expectations of increased lead generation and customer support. This person works closely with management to create, edit and send regular marketing-related communications as well as support the entire marketing team.  This position reports to the Director, Content Management and is based in Temecula, CA.


  • Copywrite for marketing emails, advertisements for industries, conferences, and general distribution
  • Compile collateral and advertisements for industries, conferences, and general distribution
  • Assist with various research projects related to department’s initiatives, such as data entry or running reports on various dashboards
  • Assist with creating, deploying, and monitoring social media campaigns including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Assist team with the follow-up of potential clients and continuing contacts with current clients
  • Track new prospect leads through Salesforce and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Assist with project reporting and data analytics
  • Manage email lists and internal database contacts
  • Provide event and program support to include, email marketing, and customer support via phone and email
  • Update website content and manage marketing communications newsletter and promotions
  • Deploy campaigns in various platforms such as WordPress, Hubspot, ON24
  • Provide administrative support as required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism or business related field preferred.
  • Experience with email broadcast solutions such as HubSpot (or related marketing automation platform) a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in basic HTML and CMS upkeeping
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • 2-5 years relevant experience
