POSITION OVERVIEW

The PT Accounting Specialist position is primarily responsible for sales orders, revenue completion and could include accounts receivable and collections responsibilities within the Accounting department. This position reports to the Assistant Controller.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist management with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the Accounting/Finance Department.
  • Provide assistance and cross functional support within the Accounting/Finance department
  • Work with Accounts Receivable, Sales Orders, Revenue Recognition/Completion
  • Liaison between account services team and the accounting team
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems to meet work needs

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate level in Excel
  • Knowledge of Intacct and Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years prior of Accounting experience
