POSITION OVERVIEW

As a member in the Account Services team, the project coordinator will report to the Manager, Account Services. The project coordinator is primarily responsible for acting as a liaison in coordinating events and workshops with clients and internal team members.  This role requires a highly motivated and detailed-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. He/she must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills along with excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaises with Client to discuss project coordination process, gathers all relevant event information, and completes workshop coordination
  • Coordinates with clients and internal departments for assessments, travel, custom materials, and room set up
  • Coordinates with Field to determine what materials will be used
  • Enters and manages data in SalesForce.com for clients/prospects including opportunities and events
  • Gathers participant lists and coordinates with Project Administrator(s) to enter contacts into SalesForce.com and upload into PILtools
  • Gathers information from client and coordinates with Project Administrator to schedule interviews, and org leader calls
  • Stays on top of curriculum updates
  • Becomes certified in all 3 tracks of PILtools within first year
  • Records and tracks the version and file numbers of each client’s materials in SalesForce.com
  • Updates SalesForce.com opportunities and events post workshop
  • Acts as back-up for Receptionist by taking calls
  • Backup Helpdesk for Webinar
  • Other projects as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  •  High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Associates Degree, preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year administrative/project coordination experience
