Below are some frequently asked questions.

What does it cost to attend the public Workshop?

Pricing is $399.00 per person. We’d like to extend the special offer to you to bring a second person for FREE. So, if you brought 4 people to the workshop, you would pay $399.00 per person for the first two attendees, and the other two attendees would come for free.

Do you have a discount program for large groups?

The public workshop 2-for-1 discount will be limited to no more than two discounts per company, per public workshop. Additional participants, beyond four, may attend at the group discount public workshop rate of $330 per person. Please contact our office for further questions 1-800-504-6070.

How long does the Workshop run?

Check-in: 8:00 am – 8:30 am
Workshop: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Lunch: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm (Not included)

Does the session include breakfast and lunch?

Partners In Leadership provides a continental breakfast in the morning, but attendees must arrange for their own lunch.

What should I wear?

Business casual.

Will parking be validated?

Parking is the responsibility of the individual attending the workshop.

How do I get directions to the Workshop?

We will send out hotel information via e-mail and/or a phone call. Please note that hotel information may not be confirmed if you register far in advance of the workshop.

How do I register for the Public Workshop?

Go to the public workshop schedule page and locate an event you’d like to attend. Attendees can pay the registration fee by credit card online. To register by phone, please call: 1-800-504-6070.

What materials do attendees receive?

Attendees of The Oz Principle Accountability Training Public Workshop will receive a copy of The New York Times bestselling book The Oz Principle, a workbook, and foldout materials.

Attendees of The Holding Others Accountable Public Workshop will receive a copy of The New York Times bestselling book How Did That Happen?, a workbook, and foldout materials.

Are there any continuing education credits available?

Partners In Leadership Public Workshops are pre-approved for continuing education credits. After completion of a workshop, an attendee may contact Partners In Leadership to obtain the Program ID number for the workshop. For more information on continuing education, visit our HRCI or NASBA pages.

How does the Public Workshop differ from in-house workshops with an intact team?

Unlike the one-day intact team format, the public workshop allows organizations to train as few or as many individuals as they would like at a per participant rate. This workshop format is perfectly suited for small companies, organizations with budgetary constraints, companies that have hired new individuals since conducting the training in-house, or individuals who want to experience the one-day workshop firsthand prior to implementing the training in their own organization.

What is PIL’s cancellation policy?

While registration fees are non-refundable, you may transfer your registration to another person within your company. You may also reschedule your registration one time, within one year of the event at no charge when PIL is notified of this change at least five days prior to the event. Any rescheduling within five business days will incur a $50 fee. Each change thereafter, within one year, will be charged an additional $50 rescheduling fee. If registrant does not attend and does not send cancellation notification prior to the workshop, all fees will be forfeited.
