In 2018, Partners In Leadership launched the groundbreaking Workplace Accountability Index™. Beyond a survey, the Index measures a workforce’s ability to handle change, growth, speed to market, achievement, and employee engagement. The survey ties these organizational agility factors to workplace accountability. The report identifies performance gaps in organizations; even more, it offers solutions to close the gaps based on research, tools, and methodologies that the firm has developed over thirty years.
