In this Statement, we, Partners In Leadership, LLC, inform users of our websites, webinars, seminars, training courses, course materials and other offerings (“Partners Materials”) about our personal data collection and use practices relating to your use of Partners Materials.

Changes.  Carefully review this Statement. It is effective and current as of February 18, 2016. We will amend it from time to time as our technology, services, features and business models change.

Corporate customers.  We provide access to Partners Materials to corporate customers, which in turn provide access to their employees or other representatives, including you. The corporate customer that provides access to Partners Materials to you receives information on how you use Partners Materials, including what courses you take, what you are interested in, what you communicate in the context of courses and other information concerning you. We do not know or control how our corporate customers use such information. If you would like to know about the data use practices of the company or other organization that provides access to Partners Materials to you, please contact such organization (for example, your employer).

Registration data and actively provided data.  When you register for a course, webinar, seminar or online tool, you provide us information about the organization you are affiliated with (our corporate customer), your name and business contact information and certain other profile information that we ask of you. You will know what information categories we collect because you will be actively providing the information to us. We process your information for authentication purposes, to verify your eligibility to access Partners Materials, to deliver Partners materials to you and to send you information about our terms, our services and other Partners Materials that we believe may be interesting to you. If you contact us with questions or respond to our emails, you may be disclosing additional information at your own choice.

Usage data and passively provided data.  When you access Partners Materials online, we receive information about your device, software, usage times and locations. Our browser-based app version also places cookies as necessary to provide functionality to you. When you attend ‘live’ seminars, at our locations, our registration personnel collects information about your attendance and you may be recorded by security cameras. We process usage information to deliver, improve and optimize our Partners Materials, to protect you, us and other users from fraud and misuse, and to determine what information, features, promotional information and other services you need or may be interested in.

Data retention and access.  Partners In Leadership, LLC is headquartered in California, USA. We use servers, routers and other communication equipment in the United States and other countries to operate and deliver to you our Partners Materials. We retain registration and usage data as long as required by applicable law. Beyond required retention periods, we may keep data as long as permitted by law or as contractually agreed with our corporate customers.

Disclosures, sharing.  We do not disclose your individual registration or usage data to third parties, except as follows:

– With the company or organization that provides access to Partners Materials to you.

– With your consent.

– We use affiliated and unaffiliated service providers all over the world that help us deliver our service and run our business subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

– We share aggregated usage statistics that cannot be used to identify you individually.

– We will disclose data as required by law or to protect you, other users, us or third parties from harm, including fraud, data security breaches or where someone’s physical safety seems at risk.

– In a reorganization or sale of our company or assets, your data may be transferred, subject to the acquirer accepting the commitments made in this Statement and compliance with applicable law.

Security.  We take required steps to protect your information from misuse, and unauthorized access. No Internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free.
