Craig is a co-author of Partners In Leadership’s classic New York Times bestselling book The Oz Principle and the company’s latest books Propeller: Accelerating Change by Getting Accountability RightResults Revolution, and Fix It: Getting Accountability Right. He is the Author, Futurist, SVP of New Product Development, for Partners In Leadership with over 30 years of management and consulting experience.

Craig is the author of more than a dozen books on management and leadership, four of which have become international bestsellers—The Oz Principle, Mind of a Manager Soul of a Leader, The Strategy Game, and Creating Excellence.

Craig is an expert executive coach and partners with clients to create greater accountability at all levels of an organization and facilitates enterprise-wide cultural transformation. His partnerships have resulted in the achievement of a wide range of key results for his clients, including, increased profits, reduced costs, improved product development cycles, greater service quality, and accelerated organizational learning.

Craig received his MBA with honors from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University. He lived in Brazil for five years and is fluent in the Portuguese language.
