We’ve combined culture and technology into an

innovative breakthrough named PILtools (pronounced

P-I-L tools). This digital collaboration tool harnesses

self-paced and social learning methods, along with

interactive participation features, to integrate the

training experience into daily processes.

PILtools can be used concurrently across all Three

Tracks To Creating Greater Accountability to reinforce

training, stimulate problem solving, enhance

communication, and create employee engagement.

The power and success of PILtools was a major

factor in our winning the top award in the Blended

Learning category at the International E-Learning Awards.
