Status:            Contract or Full-time/Regular


As a Product Manager you will play a key role in crafting and driving forward the product vision. You will be responsible for defining and executing on the product roadmap by working collaboratively with both the market facing functions (sales, marketing, customer success) and on a day-to-day basis with the development team. The overall performance (revenue, profitability, ROI, customer satisfaction, product team effectiveness) of the product(s) you manage will be your primary focus and responsibility.  This position reports to the SVP, New Product Development and the VP, Digital Sales.


  • Help define the core product vision, goals, functionality and requirements
  • Own roadmap and constantly prioritize the team’s initiatives based on business goals, user needs, and timeline
  • Own the P&L and overall business performance for the product(s) you manage
  • Own end-to-end feature delivery – write specs, work cross-functionally with design and engineering, launch features, analyze results, synthesize learnings, and iterate
  • Collaborate effectively with design, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, customer success teams, and consultants/facilitators in the field
  • Coordinate product release communications and define the go-to-market strategy both internally and externally to ensure a cohesive message (support portal updates, account tutorials, notifications, etc.)
  • Project management oversight necessary to make sure new products and features ship on time and with excellent quality
  • Define & analyze critical metrics to inform decision making & measure success
  • Mentor and develop other members of the product team as we grow and scale
  • Own and execute on product training for the team
  • Take full accountability for finding and implementing the solutions necessary for product(s) success and sustainability

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of product management experience preferred, or equivalent responsibilities managing a B2B SaaS
  • Prior startup experience is a plus
  • Prior SaaS or App product management experience is a plus
